What does ASC certified mean?
The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) is an independent, international non-profit organization that administers the world’s leading certification and labeling program for responsible aquaculture.
ASC sets strict quality and documentation requirements for certified products. When a product has the ASC label, it means that the product is sustainably produced with respect for the environment, animals and people.
ASC-certified products are recommended by a number of organizations. Among others the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) supports ASC.
Our collagen powder comes from the only ASC-certified collagen production in the world. Our collagen is produced from surplus food production and the production is fully traceable from source to final product.
