Results after 12 weeks of use
About the study
The collagen peptides from Kollagen+ (ECOllagen®) have been clinically tested on 50 healthy women aged 45-60. For 12 weeks, the women received either 10g of collagen or a placebo daily. Skin tests were continuously performed on the participants. Specifically, in this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, the researchers assessed:

Study results
All participants’ improvements were continuously evaluated using professional skin analysis equipment. Participants reported improvements at the end compared to the beginning of the study in wrinkle depth, elasticity, firmness and glow. In all assessments, participants treated with ECOllagen® consistently reported greater improvements compared to those treated with placebo.
The study was made exclusively with collagen. Kollagen+ also contains zinc and vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for normal skin. Zinc contributes to maintaining normal skin, hair and nails. All in all, one Kollagen+ dosage form consists of 5g of collagen, 80mg of vitamin C and 5mg of zinc. Your results with Kollagen+ may vary according to your age, skin type, diet, lifestyle and daily intake.
Is the optimal dose 5g or 10g collagen?
For a long time, it has been standard to use a dose of 10g in clinical trials with collagen. Experiments with different daily doses of collagen indicate, however, that there is no decisive difference between using 5g or 10g. This has led several experts to recommend a daily dose of 5g rather than 10g.
This is why we have chosen 5g of collagen in our dosage letter. That way, you have the option to choose whether you want to use 5 or 10g.
